Q: What is the difference between the Twilight/Vantablack and Lunar/Obsidian Rods?
A: The Twilight and Lunar rods feature a traditional cork handle and reel seat, while the Vantablack and Obsidian rods use a solid handle design with no reel seat for maximum weight reduction and enhanced sensitivity. Q: Where is my order?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary by location. Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date status, as Fish Frostbite cannot provide additional shipment updates beyond courier information.
Q: The address on my order is incorrect, can you change it?
A: Once orders are placed, it is very rare that we are able to change addresses in our system. We will try to catch these on time, but we cannot guarantee assistance with this. It also may take us a day or two to see these inquiries come in, so the order may very well be shipped by the time we see the request.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, as well as when your order ships. Orders are currently taking 1-3 days to be fulfilled.
Q: I only received part of my order!
A: Rods, lures, and handle huggers may ship in separate packages. If you receive part of your order, please allow 2-3 additional days for the rest of your order to arrive.
Q: I’ve made a mistake on my cart can you change my order?
A: Unfortunately it is difficult because our warehouse works very fast to fulfill your order as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it on time, but can not guarantee assistance with this. We highly recommend checking your orders thoroughly before finishing the purchase.
Q: Can I place a wholesale order for my tackle store?

Past Sales and Promotions
Fish Frostbite reserves the right to only honour promotions for the dates in which they are advertised. Fish Frostbite will not reimburse/refund orders that were placed before or after a promotion. We appreciate your understanding.
